Issues

  • The documentation must be opened in Google Chrome.
  • When installing Tom Sawyer Licensing on Microsoft Windows 10, you may receive the following warning: "Windows protected your PC: Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk." We confirm that our installer is signed with a valid Tom Sawyer Software digital certificate, and you can safely click the "Run anyway" button to install the software.
  • The Uninstall utility does not fully remove all directories and files for installations on Windows 10. You can safely delete the remaining directories and files.
