Tom Sawyer Perspectives, Web Edition

Release 13.5.0

DateFebruary 18, 2026
StatusGeneral

Overview

This release improves RDF support by enhancing the detection of edge source and target node types, while providing more robust namespace detection for cleaner, more accurate schema extraction. Layout improvements enhance clarity and reduce visual disruption when expanding nodes. Disconnected nodes now have improved placement upon the expansion of nodes. In addition, incremental layout is applied more effectively, minimizing unnecessary movement so existing nodes stay closer to their original positions.

Perspectives has been upgraded to Spring Framework 6.2.15, and Spring Boot 3.5.10. Also, many third-party libraries have been updated to eliminate potential vulnerabilities.

Fixes

Schema

  • Fixed issue in the commit query generated as part of schema extraction for RDF data sources

Data

  • Fixed issue in SQL integrator when performing commit and using table constraints
  • Fixed issue in RDF integrator when using custom data types

View

  • Drawing
    • Fixed issue in Print Setup dialog that caused zoom level scaling to conflict with number of print pages

Issues

  • The Modern web client framework does not support multiple toolbar and context menu operations of the same type if they have the same name, when added in the toolbar or context menu.
  • The Modern web client framework supports at most one invokable view dialog open at a time per application.
  • If you use custom containers for your views, the initial view visibility state should be set manually in your application’s code.
  • You may see a warning of "Unknown Publisher" while using the uninstaller on Windows 11.
